Chad's Raspberry Kitchen is a family owned business located on the South end of beautiful Bear Lake in the small town of Laketown. Bear Lake is located in the northeast corner of Utah and is famous for its pristine, blue waters and its recreation activities throughout the year. The summer months bring tourists to the cool waters of the lake and the winter and fall months are popular for snow and hunting activities.

     The short summer season in Bear Lake makes for a unique raspberry flavor. The warm days grow the berries fervently while the cool nights enhance the sugar. During the last week of July and first week in August the raspberry plants start producing the super sweet berries.

     Chad's picks the berries with a machine harvester and freezes the berries for later use in our products. Chad's is also the only grower in Bear Lake to use our own berries in our products.
