Dear Friends,

Welcome to Chad's Raspberry Kitchen at Bear Lake. Twelve years ago, my family and I decided to bring the taste of Bear Lake raspberry products to everyone. There are others out there that claim to be "Bear Lake." However, we are the only company that houses its headquarters and manufacturing in Bear Lake. Oh, and we are still the only ones to use Bear Lake Raspberries in every one of our products.

We harvest the berries each summer with our harvestor and freeze the berries to make our product year round. From the field to my kitchen is only a few hundred feet.

I make my jam, jelly, and syrup the "country style" way using three main ingredients including our own Bear Lake raspberries that are  the main ingredient. My ice cream is made using a creamy mix and our sweet berries. This last year, I added a new product called Chad's Raspberry Salsa. It has a warm and sweet flavor I know you will love.

This company was started as a way to provide income for myself and my seeing eye dog, Huck. I lost my vision due to a rare disease I contracted while recovering from my liver transplant when I was five years old. I tell you this so you know who I am and why the company is named after me. My family manages most of the affairs of the business due to my incapacitates but I want to thank you for your interest.This is a family company that prides itself upon honesty, professionalism, and great products. 
 
My seeing eye dog Huck and I invite you to try our products and let others share the taste of Bear Lake. I am not lying when I tell you that there is not another jam, jelly, syrup, ice cream, or salsa that is made in Bear Lake from Bear Lake Raspberries.
